INGREDIENTS ;

- any kind of fruits ( i used banana ) .

- slices boiled sweet potato .

( I microwave sweet potato for 5 min )
- 1 tpsb peanut butter .
- 100 g dates .
- 20g unsweetened shredder coconut
options ; slices almond .
